IN-SPA SAFETY PROTOCOLS
All Clients are allowed by appointment ONLY. Please visit or call 905-827-2873 to schedule your appointment.
It is mandatory that all clients sign a Covid-19 screening form and a waiver prior to their appointment. Please see the adjacent form.
Day of Appointment
All clients MUST call the spa prior to entering the spa and will be guided in when staff is ready for them. Please equip yourself with PPE prior to coming in. If you are not equipped, we will provide you with necessary PPE prior to entering.
Accompanying Visitors & Waiting
We are restricting any accompanying visitors from attending any appointments. No more than 2 clients can be seated in the waiting area (6 ft apart).
We will be screening our staff every day at the beginning of our shift to ensure no symptoms. All clients prior to the start of appointment will be screened for any symptoms of COVID-19. Staff or Clients with a body temperature greater than 37.8 C will be requested to return home.
Hand Sanitizers will be provided in all rooms and in the waiting room.Treatment rooms and all equipment will be disinfected prior to and after each client & sheets disposed between clients.Staff will disinfect themselves, change gloves, shields and face masks after each client.
End of Day
All frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected at the end of each day. We request all clients to wash their hands as frequently as possible and change into clean attire after returning home.
